Overview
This Refund Policy explains how purchases, credits, memberships, subscriptions, and payment-related matters are handled by U10S.
By purchasing any paid service through U10S, you agree to this Refund Policy.
No Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases made through U10S are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Credit packages.
- Membership plans.
- VIP subscriptions.
- Account upgrades.
- Promotional purchases.
- Digital services and platform features.
Credits
Credits purchased through U10S are digital goods delivered electronically and are intended for use within the U10S platform only.
Purchased credits are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts unless explicitly authorized by U10S.
Bonus credits, promotional credits, daily rewards, and other complimentary credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Membership Plans
Membership plans provide immediate access to premium features, increased limits, enhanced account benefits, and other platform privileges.
Once membership benefits have been activated on an account, membership purchases are generally non-refundable.
Cryptocurrency Payments
U10S may accept cryptocurrency payments through third-party payment providers.
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, U10S does not provide refunds for completed cryptocurrency transactions except where required by applicable law.
Blockchain fees, network fees, exchange fees, payment processor fees, and related third-party costs are not refundable.
Service Availability
Temporary email delivery depends on third-party infrastructure, sender systems, platform restrictions, anti-spam controls, and network conditions.
The inability to receive a specific email, OTP code, verification message, activation email, or attachment does not qualify for a refund.
U10S does not guarantee delivery of every message sent to a temporary inbox.
Account Violations
Accounts suspended, restricted, or terminated due to violations of the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, fraud prevention measures, abuse detection systems, or applicable laws are not eligible for refunds.
Billing Errors
If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly due to a technical issue, duplicate transaction, or billing error, please contact support with the relevant transaction details.
U10S may investigate the issue and apply an account correction, credit adjustment, or other appropriate remedy where warranted.
Billing reviews are intended solely to correct legitimate payment processing errors and do not create a general right to refunds.
